FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DOES MADE WITH RESTRAINT MEAN?
We make only what is needed. This helps us avoid excess stock, reduce unnecessary production, and lower waste where we can.
Each piece is made specifically for your order, so production may take slightly longer than traditional warehouse fulfilment.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days from the date of purchase.
This includes production time and shipping time. Each piece is made with restraint, so please allow 1–3 business days for production before dispatch.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs, courier delays or peak periods.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
If you have not received tracking after several business days, contact us with your order number and we'll check it for you.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because every item is made with restraint, changes and cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Final sale items and international orders may not be eligible for return or exchange depending on the order details.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship to selected international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods supported by Paddle at checkout.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
We prioritise organic and recycled materials where available.
Materials vary by product. Product pages include specific material information for each item.
We do not claim perfection. We make lower-impact choices where possible and keep the product range intentionally small.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Air drying is best.
Avoid bleach, high heat and ironing directly over printed or embroidered areas.
Better care helps extend the life of the garment and reduce unnecessary replacement.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Not yet.
