You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for size or product only. If you'd like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

To start an exchange, follow the return steps below and select ‘Exchange’.

Email us at hello@sexdrugssustainability.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Pack your item(s) securely and ship them back using the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund or ship your exchange within 3–5 business days.

→Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
→International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
→Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
→We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
